So this billboard is blocking sunlight out of everyone else's apartment but that one window in an attempt to convey the idea of being lucky? AND this is in NYC? How many minutes did it last before the angry New Yorkers burned it down?

The way I see it, the billboard is always blocking the windows so Smithwicks bought it for 60 days and cut a hole in it for the lucky person.
