It is not photoshopped. I know because I am the one who took it. If you go to the place where I originally publiished it you can see the original unedited version.
I love it... I'm learning digital photography myself. Can you give me a tip on how to keep both the subject's feet and subject's reflection in the puddle in focus?

I doubt its photoshopped.. the blurry background would have been too far away to get reflected in the puddle.. The tree in the puddle is probably just above the puddle..
